Bungalows and Townhomes.

• Bungalows are stand alone, single room, studio style units that sleep up to 4 people
• Townhomes have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, full kitchens, washer and dryers, BBQ grills, carport or garage with a two night minimum stay.

Our units may look rustic on the outside, but they are clean, modern, and well appointed on the inside. All have their own wifi, heat/air conditioning, private entrance and private porch or patio seating and parking.

More than just a place to stay, Moab Springs Ranch is your post-adventure retreat. Elax in our year-round heated hot tub, cool off in the seasonal pool (March-October), or unwind in our private meadow - complete with majestic shade trees, cascading spring cold water wading pools, hammocks, lawn games, BBQ grills and a fire circle. Enjoy the basketball court, on-site walking trails, scenic viewpoints, or grab a house-made treat at our seasonal coffee shop and gift shop (March-November).

There are no laundry facilities on site, however townhomes have washers and dryers.

We are less than 4 miles to the entrance to Arches and about 1.5 miles north of the center of downtown Moab.

Moab Springs Ranch permits dogs, with three Ranch House bungalows that are dog friendly. We have a strict weight limit of 100 pounds per dog, and permit up to 2 dogs per bungalow. The fee is $45 per night per dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and are not permitted in the private meadow. Dogs are not permitted to be left in the unit unattended and we have kennels of every size you can rent from us. We provide a dog bed, blanket, water and food bowl for each dog, included in the fee.

Reservations are the nightly rate plus tax. There are no additional fees unless you are bringing a dog or are requesting a crib, kennel, or flip mattress for kids under 12 years old. The room rate includes access to all the amenities on our property. Parking is free unless you need more than 2 spaces, fees may apply.

Our in season months are March, April, May and September, October and early November. Holidays and special events are particularly busy. During these periods, daytime temperatures range comfortably between 60F and 80F, making them ideal for hiking, mountain biking and exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It’s best to book your stay 3 months in advance to secure the best rate and your preferred choice of accommodations.

You may change or cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your stay by contacting the Front Desk directly before the 7 day cutoff.

Payments become final 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made within this 7 day window are non-refundable.

Group bookings of 3 or more units are subject to separate payment and cancellation policies.

The overall best time to visit Moab is during the Spring (March to May) and fall (September to October). During these peak visitation periods, daytime temps hover comfortably between 60F and 80F, making conditions ideal for hiking, mountain biking and exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and all the wonderful open public lands in between.

Moab’s true low season runs from mid-November through February. During these late-fall and winter months, tourism drops significantly and lodging rates reach their lowest points. Arches and Canyonlands see very light crowds.

Spring (March–May): Perfect for daytime hiking, rock climbing, blooming desert wildflowers, and high-water white-water rafting on the Colorado River. However, expect larger crowds and higher accommodation rates, especially around Easter (due to the Easter Jeep Safari).

Fall (September–October): Offers mild weather, warm days, and cool nights with slightly fewer crowds than spring. Late October to early November also brings vibrant golden foliage along the cottonwood trees by the river.

Summer (June–August): Midday temperatures frequently exceed 90°F to 100°F. If you visit during summer, stick to early morning hikes, afternoon water activities (such as rafting), or evening stargazing.

Moab Springs Ranch is conveniently located in north Moab, close to the national parks, the Colorado River, and downtown restaurants and shops.

• Canyonlands National Park, Island in the Sky District: 31 miles, approximately 40 minutes by car
• Canyonlands National Park, Needles District: 76 miles, approximately 1.5 hours by car
• Colorado Riverway and Lions Park: about 1 mile north, approximately 1–2 minutes by car
• Dead Horse Point State Park: 28 miles, approximately 35 minutes by car
• Downtown Moab and Main Street: about 1–2 miles, approximately 2–3 minutes by car

Travel times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, road work, and park-entry conditions.

The closest airport is Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY), located approximately 18 miles, or about 25 minutes by car, from Moab Springs Ranch. Because CNY is a small regional airport with limited commercial service, many visitors choose to fly into Grand Junction RegionalAirport (GJT) in Colorado.

Grand Junction Regional Airport is approximately 113 miles from Moab Springs Ranch, with atypical drive time of about two hours.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) offers the largest selection of flights, rental cars, and often lower fares. It is approximately 234 miles from Moab Springs Ranch, with a typical drive

time of about four hours.

Yes. We recommend renting a vehicle for your Moab trip. Rideshare service, local shuttles, and rental availability in Moab can be limited, while many national parks, trailheads, river access points, restaurants, and attractions are easiest to reach by car.

Long-distance and private transportation may be available through providers such as MoabExpress, including service to Canyonlands Regional Airport, Grand Junction, and Salt Lake City. Moab Area Transit provides free local transportation, including a Main Street route and on-demand service. Bike-shuttle companies can transport riders and bikes to selected trailheads but generally do not provide in-town taxi service.

Transportation providers, hours, routes, and availability can change, so please confirm current service directly with the provider before travel.

Yes. Moab Springs Ranch is adjacent to the paved Moab Canyon Pathway, which allows guests to walk or bike toward downtown Moab or north toward the Arches National Park area. Downtown Moab is approximately one mile from the Ranch.

Yes. On-site parking is included with your stay. Most accommodations have parking at or directly beside the unit. Three Ranch House Bungalows have designated parking located around the corner from the Bungalow.

Moab Springs Ranch offers freestanding luxury Bungalows and spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom Townhomes. Both accommodation types include access to the Ranch’s guest amenities.

Our Bungalows feature studio-style living, vaulted ceilings, kitchenettes, private porches with outdoor dining, and drive-up access. Our Townhomes include separate bedrooms, full kitchens,and covered decks or patios for outdoor dining.

Bungalows include a kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and microwave.Premium Bungalows also include a single-burner cooktop.

Townhomes include fully equipped kitchens and are an excellent choice for families, groups,and guests planning longer stays in Moab.

Moab Springs Ranch offers a private, outdoor-oriented setting with amenities for relaxing after a day in the parks or on the trails.

Amenity availability, seasonal dates, and hours may change based on weather, maintenance,and local conditions.

Yes. Moab Springs Ranch’s hot tub is open year-round, subject to occasional maintenance,weather conditions, or safety closures.

No. The Meadow, pool, and hot tub are reserved for registered Moab Springs Ranch guests.

Moab Springs Ranch has Horsethief Coffee, our seasonal on-site coffee shop that is open to the public. We do not have a full-service restaurant or bar on the property, but downtown Moab restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and bars are nearby.

Guests receive one $5 coupon for Horsethief Coffee for each night of their stay. Horsethief Coffee is seasonal, March through November.

Yes. Moab Springs Ranch has free EV charging stations for guest use. Please contact the Front Desk before arrival for current availability and charging instructions.

Townhomes have two dedicated parking spaces. Bungalows have one or two dedicated parking spaces, depending on the unit. Additional parking is limited and charges may apply. Additional parking must be arranged in advance with the Front Desk.

Parking is not permitted on the lanes or on sidewalks. These areas are fire lanes and must remain clear.

Limited third- and fourth-space parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional spaces must be pre-assigned by the Front Desk, require a parking permit, and may be subject to a $20 per-space, per-night fee.

If additional on-site parking is unavailable, our Front Desk can help identify off-site parking options.

Trailers under 20 feet may be permitted if they fit completely within your accommodation's dedicated parking spaces. If your trailer requires a third or fourth parking space, you must obtain advance approval and a parking permit from the Front Desk. Additional parking fees may apply.

For trailers longer than 20 feet, please contact the Front Desk before booking. We will advise whether on-site parking is possible or help identify off-site options.

No. Tent camping, RV camping, and overnight sleeping in vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Yes. Moab Springs Ranch welcomes up to two dogs, with strict weight restrictions of 100 pounds each, in designated dog-friendly Ranch House Bungalows. Dogs are the only pets permitted at this time.

The dog fee is $45 per dog, per night. When booking online, please add the number of dogs to your reservation so we can assign an eligible unit and prepare for your arrival. If you reserve by phone, please tell the Front Desk that you are traveling with a dog.

If a dog is not included in the reservation before arrival, we may be unable to accommodate the reservation in a dog-friendly unit. Cancellation fees may apply.

Emotional support animals follow the same fees as outlined above. Along with Federal ADA policies and the State of Utah, Moab Springs Ranch does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals.Emotional support animals are subject to dog friendly unit availability and fees.

Guests traveling with dogs must:

• Book a designated dog-friendly Ranch House Bungalow
• Add the dog to the online reservation or notify the Front Desk when making a phone reservation
• Review the Moab Springs Ranch Dog Policies
• Complete the required Dog Waiver at booking or within 24 hours of booking
• Bring a crate from home or arrange to rent one, if available

Yes. Moab Springs Ranch has one ADA-accessible Bungalow. Please contact the Front Desk before booking so we can discuss your needs, confirm the available accessibility features, and help select the most appropriate accommodation.

We do have a lift for our pool.

Yes. Please contact the Front Desk before booking so we can confirm the best available accommodation for you and your service animal.

We do have an ADA-compliant pool lift. Please let us know if you will be using this and we will have it set up for you prior to your arrival.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

You may request early check-in when making your reservation. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Payments are pre-authorized nine days before arrival and processed seven days before arrival.

Within seven days of arrival, payment is final. Cancellations and modifications made within seven days of arrival are nonrefundable.

Moab Springs Ranch is a small boutique resort and can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, including children, in no more than five Bungalows and/or Townhomes in season. During our off season (mid summer and winter), we permit more people, depending on the date, length of stay,etc.

Reservations for three or more units are subject to separate payment and cancellation policies.

For group-stay inquiries, please call (435) 259-7891 with your requested dates, group size, and number of accommodations needed. Our resort manager will follow up regarding availability and group policies.

No. Due to homeowner association restrictions, weddings, ceremonies, receptions, and private events are not permitted on the property.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please help us maintain a peaceful experience for all guests.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted within 20 feet of any building. Designated smoking areas are available on the property. Smoking in the unit is subject to a minimum $400 fine.

No. The Meadow, pool, and hot tub are reserved for registered Moab Springs Ranch guests only..Horsethief Coffee is open to the public during operating hours.

No. Drones are not permitted anywhere on Moab Springs Ranch property in order to protect guests' privacy and safety.

Drones are also prohibited in U.S. National Park Service areas, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Outside the parks, drone operators are responsible for following FAA rules and all applicable state, local, and land-manager regulations.
