Moab’s first ranch is now Moab’s most comfortable and highly rated resort. Perfectly located near Arches National Park, the Colorado River and downtown Moab, the Ranch is a shaded and historic oasis of trees, waterscapes and modern accommodations.
We offer two lodging options:
The stand-alone Bungalows are big, bright and airy. They have one or two beds, and sleep two to four people. They include kitchenettes, vaulted ceilings, large covered porches and drive-up access.

The Townhouses have one, two and three separate bedrooms and sleep two to eight people. They have complete kitchens, covered parking, spacious great-rooms and covered decks and balconies with a view.
Our resort offers a large private park, heated swimming pool, hot tub, wading pools, campfire circle, flowing waterscape, hammocks, loop trails and viewpoints. And hammocks!
Our breakfast café - Horsethief Coffee - is located in the National Historic Register Ranch House. We serve locally roasted coffee, house-made breakfast options and baked goods.
Out our front door is the Moab trail system, which connects to extensive regional trails. Out our back door is the Slickrock plateau with unlimited options for hiking, biking and exploring. The Colorado River, Arches National Park, North-End restaurants and downtown Moab are all within five minutes. Canyonlands National Park and two Utah state parks are a short drive away.

This is my first trip to Moab and I'm so glad we booked here. The rooms are updated and clean. The beds are super comfortable. I appreciate the upgraded linens and body care essentials. They have done a great job maintaining the grounds. It's super hot here and the cabins have air conditioning. The pool and hot tub area is clean and amazing after our hikes. This is a great place to stay. It's not too big so we don't feel surrounded by people when you need to chill.

Moab Springs Ranch was the perfect place for our family stay in Moab. The property feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert, with beautiful grounds, a peaceful pond, a pool, and plenty of places to relax after a day of exploring.
